Work at ISC

Love Jesus Christ?

Love Young People?

Love Fun & Excitement?

Are you a high-energy, outdoor and sports loving college-age student who loves the Lord and is looking for an opportunity to spend your summer in ministry? Are you looking to do more with your summer and be a part of something bigger than yourself by allowing Christ to use you to eternally impact the hearts and minds of today's youth? If so, then we want you! Our staff consists of hand-picked college leaders and a leadership team whose "job" is to minister to, coach, and LOVE campers over the course of a summer. Our camp is fueled by the passion and energy of our camp counselors. Our counselors are the most important component of the camp.
ISC’s Mission is to create unforgettable experiences that energize
young people with the life-changing new of Jesus Christ.
The Goal of ISC is to see cities transformed one camper at a time.
We want our inner-city campers to experience Christ in an environment that fosters personal loving relationships, and unforgettable learning experiences. We host kids from cities all over the Northeast. Many of our campers have never been given the opportunity to come to camp and experience the love Christ.
ISC will provide all summer staff with housing, meals, and one of kind staff training.
And of course... An amazing amount of fun!
